Some of the questions you can ask yourself:

- Do you struggle with time management and fail to complete tasks on time?
- Do you turn to unhealthy ways of coping with your emotions or stress that are damaging your relationships?
- Do you struggle to identify what emotions you are feeling?
- Do you feel overwhelmed by certain sensory experiences? This can include Sound, sights, touch, smells or tastes?
- Do you struggle with setting goals and having a purpose for your life?
